Rooted in tradition
Lonivera began in a small family workshop surrounded by centuries-old olive groves. What started as a few spoons carved for our own kitchen grew into a collection of chess sets, boards and tableware loved in homes around the world.
Artisan heritage
Our craftsmen learned their skills from their parents and grandparents. Every piece is shaped, sanded and finished by hand — no mass production, no shortcuts — so each one carries its maker's touch.
Sustainably sourced
We never cut down a living olive tree. Our wood comes from branches pruned to keep trees healthy and from old trees that no longer bear fruit, giving them a second life.
Naturally beautiful
Olive wood is dense, durable and naturally resistant to bacteria. Its swirling grain means no two pieces are ever alike — yours is truly one of a kind.
