Refund Policy
30-day returns
We want you to love your olive wood piece. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or engraved items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Sale items can be returned, but shipping costs are not refunded.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll send return instructions and the address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.
