Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Personalized and engraved items need an extra 2–3 business days.

One flat shipping rate per order, whatever the number of items. Delivery times start once your order has shipped.
International shipping
We ship from the United States to the UK, Europe and worldwide. Orders outside the US may be charged import duties or VAT by your country's customs; these are paid by the customer on delivery.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.
